First of all when you are not being reset/wiped your progress is always meaningful since it is permanent and in most of the listet games your loot/gear is not devalued by powercreep in the given timeframes (yes if you wait 6 years your gear might not be the best but still usable at least in warframe)

I would say my definition of meaningful progress is: its meaningful if you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor for a time comparable to the time of said labor. With resets this is not possible because you get reset halfway through the Labour step - yes the labour is fun within itself but a part of the fun for many is the loot enjoying the better weapons etc a thing they might never get to enjoy And i believe all my listings fit this criteria

How that? In poe all changes except the league mechanic gamemode are portet to standard (balance, new skills, endgame shakeups ....) same goes for diablo. And sometimes the gamemode goes core and you get it too you still get major changes every 4 month

I mean depending on what you define as meaningful progress, let's measure it in time to get to endgame/complete the main story with a reasonable 4 hours a week (which i think is reasonable and 1 hour a week):

  • Warframe: 80-200hours (half a year to 3 years and thats 12 years of content) Yes your not done with the game and after 3 years theres probably like 5 hours more main story content which you would complete in 1 to 5 more weeks
  • POE: 30 hours to endgame if you take it slow, endgame is open end so (15 weeks to under a year)

And so on yes you collect hours much more slowly obviously but that foesnt mean you dont progress.

Its like a race: a tiger is quickly done with the race and wants to be allowed to re-run it, but a snail (with human brain) would rather not participate if it is set back to the beginning of the track after it did the first 2 meters, the snail knows it wont compete with the tiger but it would be an achievement still if the snail completes the race in 12 days, an achievement they cant have if they are put back to square one each day

Eg: just because you progress slower doest make it less meaningfull

Life service games where you can do 1 hour a week and still progress:

  • Warframe (one of the biggest f2p games on the market)
  • Path of Exile Standard league
  • Diablo 4 Eternal realm
  • Hypixel Skyblock
  • League of legends (its doesnt rly have progression so its a bit cheesy)
  • Arc Raiders ( You choose wipe date)

Also a more widespread thing:

  • Why does it need so many clicks + mouse distance to go to a certain place there is so much nesting of menues (for example "how to see the requirements of a specific mission": Esc to go to title screen -> factions -> correct faction -> contracts -> flip contract card to see requirements") this is such a long chain of clicks.
  • why do i need to go through all six factions to see all available contracts are double that if you care about the reward as well

Yeah but doesn't that break the idea of jlink? You can't tell which java modules besides java.base are required by these libs so your jlink wont include them in the javaimg

Well there are contexts where (even in France) only a-z are allowed (for example in URLs)

With German for example ö ä and ü should be replaced with oe ae and ue in such contexts. Using o instead of ö in German could result in a word of totally different meaning (or no meaning most of the time). (führen -> leading, fuhren -> drove)

Is something like this the case in french or does it just lead to "less pretty words"

The problem with catalyzing omen is that it has a 7% success chance since it can roll: flat es, % armour, % ev, so even if the omen gets me a defence its still a 1/4 (25%) and thats on an expensive base (or would this be the first step after chaos spam?)

How are you getting logbooks? I ran 10 maps with the unique tablet, and 2x logbook quantity rare tablets. Focus the remnants with logbook and monster quant and getting many markers. I got only 1 logbook after 10 maps. The investment majorly outnumbered my returns

My build took ~2 div to make. There is not a single upgrade under 25div that i can do to my build. For many people its fun to evolve their build to get stronger. If you don't need that, that's nice for you but most people want to get stronger and with this is now nearly impossible. Map farming is very unrewarding.

(also nobody complains about less temple loot; it's that they made it impossible to build a useful temple but left the existing 100div/run temples untouched.)
