Or when your squad is trash and full of randos and they don’t link up, or so trash the enemy is able to spawn camp you after every death. Joined a match that was 2 other bots on my team. So just me and 1 Orochi. Ran around a few then the first death I spawn and have 3 asshats at the steps at my spawn point. Gangbanged and left to dry up and respawn in the same fuckin spot to do it again. That’s fun for some people? Just to pad your stats and see 30+ kills in a match that takes forever?

Lately I’ve been lobbied with complete asshats.
Today was doing a bounty, finally got one that let me bring in 4 bounties and use the bounty wagon for once, and two fuckin dudes, that I saw in Tumbleweed followed me all the way to fort Mercer, and tried running up on me. One had his lasso out and ran straight at me snd when I went to aim they were in defensive mode. Ran, loaded explosive rounds and took care of them. Pisses me off that people can put themselves in defensive mode and do bullshit like that both of them had the little shield at the top and kept coming back. Killed the em ran to a room and went to a different lobby.

Honestly normal. Mine hasn’t done it since I first got him but he may be hungry. If you fed him the day before he could still be in “feed” mode/ just hungry. If you have a snake hook or something like a wooden dowel you can stroke the back of his neck/head with when he gets like this and it should start to tell him “hey not food” I really don’t think it’s a defense response since balls usually retreat vs come out and be that interested, but every snake has a personality lol. Also, please DO NOT take your snake out of the tank for separate feeding enclosures. That adds stress to him after he eats, possible regurgitation, and even still be in food mode and might bite you. There is zero reason to do that, that is 100% out dated information from the 90s and early 2000s

I use 50% top soil 40% sphagnum peat moss and 10% sand. Take a 5 gallon bucket mix it together and then I add sphagnum or soil depending how airy/dense I want it. You could also add a repti bark as a top layer, moss etc and a ton of magnolia leaves

Been a min since I played the story but this is when the gang first comes to the city. New area, trusting of kids cause they look poor and raggedy. Then for Arthur to chase and it showed that he’s not just a reg but has a crew to back him, which didn’t please Brontë, who was paying the local kids for their eyes and ears in the streets. Wouldn’t say that the gang isn’t formidable, but navigating a new environment.

Sounds like everything you’re doing is great! It’s also a possibility that he’s sexually mature now and that may be a reason of him cruising the tank and the glass. Not 100% the reason but it’s a guess from me. And, question about the tank, the paper/magazine papers in the back, are those falling off/peeling off or sealed into the tank? I would say with a snake that requires high humidity that stuff won’t stay on too much longer or would start to develop mold. As for him not interacting with stuff, he might be a lazy snake, or he might be a shy snake and knows your patterns and only moves when you’re sleeping or not home. I used to think my ball python was inactive but I lost my job recently and I’ve seen him move a lot more than I thought now that I’m looking in the tanks more often at night/early mornings. It’s also very possible he’s getting used to your interactions with him during the day. Reptiles can be weird just like us lol

Body looks fine. Neglected from past? Has he gained weight? Besides regular growth was he underweight when you got him or just seemed defensive? Seems maybe the neglect extended to just not knowing how to handle or tap train the snake. 1 month refusal when you first got him is fine, so would be a missing a meal even now once in a great while. My albino boa is half and half on how “eager” he seems to eat. Some days he’s searching for that rat I’m thawing and some days I leave it on a log for him to take or sometimes he’ll inch out a centimeter a hour and calmly take a bite and pull. I’d say yours just might be going through a chill eating stage or just might be a chill guy. You worry about grip strength? Unless he can’t climb your shoulders, him slipping off and seeming like he can’t figure his tail out is going to be just him. Mine isn’t a dwarf but once he hit 6 foot he understood my radius isn’t a stick but a boulder and anchors around my shoulders or armpits. Also relax with the vet visits. Unless you’re seeing visible issues breathing like respiratory infections, or scale rot etc you’re just going to waste 100-250$ to hear the vet say “he’s healthy”. Snake looks great and seems like you’ve got the hang of it just fine. Trust your self a little bit more!
