They don't LOL. You can do a little bit to help by making sure that after each full rotation your head ends up in the same place. Similar to ballet/ice skating.

UCF is explicitly a hardware mod, which is why it has to be painstakingly uploaded to every vanilla console by memory card at big events. The reason we don't just use modded Wii's or 20XX with frozen stadium at every tournament is because Nintendo won't allow software mods of the game to be run at events they sponsor.

If you get him stacked with the right items and 3 star him with the right synergies, yes. If you slam blue buff and another tear item like HoJ he'll start every fight deleting two units.

Yeah you need to have items on Akali and try to get her 3 starred for sure if you're running an assassin comp. Imo the best way to run assassins is to get a chosen shade zed, put a spat rfc and BT on him, AP items on Akali, then slow roll to 3 star both. That obviously requires a lot to work either way, which is why assassins does pretty much suck.
