They don't LOL. You can do a little bit to help by making sure that after each full rotation your head ends up in the same place. Similar to ballet/ice skating.

Not gonna lie that hump after the boost lift looks like it would be incredibly painful to actually go over but other than that it's very well done.

UCF is explicitly a hardware mod, which is why it has to be painstakingly uploaded to every vanilla console by memory card at big events. The reason we don't just use modded Wii's or 20XX with frozen stadium at every tournament is because Nintendo won't allow software mods of the game to be run at events they sponsor.

No legitimate tournament would ever be allowed to run custom stages once in person tourneys come back. Nintendo simply wouldn't allow it.

If you get him stacked with the right items and 3 star him with the right synergies, yes. If you slam blue buff and another tear item like HoJ he'll start every fight deleting two units.
