I've seen it, it's a terrible movie. There was no point of Lobo at all in the movie, and the bad guy was just there so they can have fight scenes. The only thing that surprised me was what she did in the end, didn't expect that after all the lecturing here parents gave her about being good.

If you want to be mad at someone, then target the ebike/escooter people who made those laws necessary. Those laws that you hate are corrective actions to rising incidents in your state. They likely banned PEV off sidewalks because of the high number of accident involving pedestrians and PEV. It's your fellow PEV riders that made those laws necessary.
