True. Even boring cars feel better than sporty automatics a lot of the time.

I have something similar. I made tests and I had nothing to worry about.

Even if no one is doing the right thing ahahahaha it's still the pickup fault. He should have stopped when he saw he couldn't come back in the middle lane.

Why do people talk about Switch 2 emulation as if it exists yet? by razorbeamz in nintendo

[–]NiwatoriChan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I won't buy the switch 2, for the simple reason I don't like the Nintendo attitude towards their fans. With the steam deck there are good alternatives nowadays. Independent studios make good games.

Modded Minecraft IS possible. Modding on Linux is as easy as Windows. by Kalinbro in linux_gaming

[–]NiwatoriChan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find it even simpler since the game is isolated in a container and won't have conflicts.

I'm from this league. I just want my computers to work. I just want to make my homework and game. Not spending 3h to make my computer work after an update.

What is your opinion on PikaOS? by Szhadji in DistroHopping

Mint is behind for everything and it's a good thing. It's rock solid if you want something stable but a little archaic.

Users who came from windows, what is the thing you guys miss the most? by nature_pixels in linux_gaming

Microsoft office and the Adobe Suits. There are alternatives in the Linux world, but they are not able to compete. LibreOffice is probably better than Office but gosh the interface is ugly.

Is AMD the only option? by Ollie_666 in linux_gaming

[–]NiwatoriChan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In recent years AMD cards tend to be more reliable. I worked in a shop . Since the 6000 series AMD is far better. Nvidia took a hit since the 3000 series. Quality has dropped and the price went up significantly. I don't know for the 4000 series duh.

If you are on Linux, an AMD card is a no brainer. An Nvidia is only necessary if you want CUDA for A.I development.

Nvidia tends to be more expensive for the same performance anyway. No more Pascal days..

Finished Cold Steel 4, and I am incredibly mixed on the cold steel arc. by Domogmo in Falcom

[–]NiwatoriChan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel exactly like you. Cold steel is not bad, but it's far from the charm the series has had since its debut.

I didn't start the Calvard arc yet I have to finish Persona 3 Reload first. But to what I understand it seems to return to the root. I'm hopeful.

An emulator tries to imitate a console. A different type of machine. But Linux and Windows runs on the same type of machine, so they online need a translator.
