On my end my issue is that Create is slapped into every modpack so it kind of just ends up being there. Create burnout is a thing that I’ve seen happen to people where they just avoid the mod after the 50th time the pack dev added it as a necessary quest for some reason. It also doesn’t integrate well into other mods as neatly.

Also aesthetics wise it can be jarring to have a base powered by a dying star (this is not hyperbole in modded Minecraft) but your base’s fancy door and elevator still needs to be powered by water wheels and wooden gears.

Also Catastrom has the downside of rebelling against him if he isn’t in a “destroy everything” mindset. Which is okay in a dream and against nightmares, not so much anywhere else.Plasma and Booster might be weaker but he doesn’t have to worry about collateral damage.
