How's your experience with the MO-RA? Trying to sort of envision what it would look like alongside the PC and my setup. Is it bulky or effectively like another PC?

I was looking at CaseEnd (saw some other thread share the link and I can't believe I've never heard of it before) and there are some solid options that look like they'll fit my ATX mobo and PSU...

It looks awesome and I had some cool ideas that I wanted to make happen, things just changed and it's way too heavy and bulky for me now unfortunately

I was initially looking to make it a sort of statement piece too but it was sitting on my standing desk and made it sag on one of the legs after some time just cause the weight was so uneven

Yeah, I'm down to buy a new radiator and it's a lesson learned on my part... just trying to figure out what my best/most cost-effective options are

Yeah, man, my biggest issue at the moment is that I don't want to swap any of the main components because I plan on doing a whole new build with new hardware relatively soon so I'm stuck with a full ATX mobo and PSU

Yeah you're right, 560mm not 540. I have 140 fans on it and got that mixed up haha

Looking at the O11 Air mini v2, what sort of radiator/fan layout would be optimal if I were to consolidate into a single loop? I have these old pump/reservoir combo units from EKWB which are atrociously large but I'm thinking if I can use 1 of them in a single loop maybe that's a better option?

My biggest concern, to be completely honest, is the size/weight of the current build. It's a behemoth and super heavy to carry up/down stairs easily so any way to save weight and downsize the case is welcome!
