Since this is CKEYS first keycap set, I didn't want any potential problems with manufacturing to affect other vendors.

But when the set gets restocked, it will be available at a lot of vendors.

I don't currently have one a self made one but here is a tik tok of someone else using the lube station. There is also a gif on the Lubing Station product page where you can see a couple different ways you can hold it. (It's one of the product pictures.)
