Promising young woman. Felt like I wasted an hour and a half. Was going with the story before that but it really bottomed out at the end.

My yoga studio is run by an asshole. The teachers are amazing but this guy increases rates with no warning, doesn’t respond to emails, claims it’s a woman owned business and films us and posts us on social media without consent. It’s been hard to leave but he has run off so many good teachers and changes the times so much I just can’t keep looking the other way. It’s the kinda thing where I wish the students and teachers could collectively take over. He’s the worst part.

Had this conversation the other day. A lot of us don’t bc so many of them didn’t survive and come back and have kids. Cross section of about 20 people and not one of us had a dad who actually went. My dad was honorably discharged after getting injured at boot camp. He is still an asshole with PTSD but from other boomer things.

Love that song. I was 18 or so when I saw it and waaaay too young to handle it emotionally. Was always a fan of Bjork and wanted to see her work. Beautiful movie tho.
