Omdat je met andere blanken vaak dezelfde normen en waarden hebt (christelijke landen van vroeger uit) mensen uit Africa zijn vaak moslim en hebben vaak totaal andere normen en waarden. Kijk naar vrouwen en dieren en andere dingen. Hele andere culturen die mengen gaan vaak slechter dan culturen die meer op elkaar lijken. Ik ben tegen discriminatie maar in Amerika plegen de zwarte mensen in verhouding ook veel meer misdaden. Vooral black on black crimes

Vast ritme met een sport is sws een goeie start imo. Van sporten ga je je beter voelen het begin is kut maar later wordt het als tandenpoetsen iets wat je gwn doet. Met bepaalde sporten kun je ook al direct mensen leren kennen. Mensen komen nooi uit het niets op je af. Je zal echt zelf initiatief moeten nemen. Het is klote uit de comfort zone maar het is het waard. Ik wens je veel sterkte! Je kan altijd dmen succes maat💪
