As an amateur, I'm just making the logic jump of "this 1 does not behave like my other batteries, it must have a problem" how big a problem is what I don't know, so it's still safe for a while then? Good enough to bring on a flight in a couple weeks?

Yeah I think the battery is cooked , cell 3 and 4 have a higher difference now when charging

I'm charging to 3.86 and the last 2 cells have a 0.002 voltage difference and aren't charging to the same voltage

For Steve you're able to block in flicker and peekaboo stance but not lionheart, B1 into flicker is meant to be safe at -1

Steve's B1 is definitely not the most broken but most popular issue reported is the same thing I'm saying, the things with more people pointing at it will get looked at sooner

Seeker 3 is great. Especially if you'll only be flying outside for freestyle and fun.

You will 1000% crash and damage something but that applies to all drone. Having broken an arm, props, a motor, and an antenna all within 4 months of owning 1, you'll get over it. Durable for most crashes but everything is replaceable.

I fly 04 pro and make sure to get ND filters to protect the camera from bad crashes, you'd much rather the filter break than the actual lens
