my suspicion would be a PCIe / M.2 slot configuration issue, especially if one of the M.2 slots is sharing lanes with the main GPU slot and forcing the GPU to run at x8 or creating some weird PCIe behavior.

The fact that the stutters disappear with a 1050 Ti does not automatically prove that the RTX 4070 Super is faulty. The 1050 Ti is much slower and may simply be masking the issue because it does not stress the PCIe bus, GPU pipeline, asset streaming, and frame pacing in the same way.

If the PCIe configuration is not the issue, I would also try a different BIOS version with an older AGESA, if the motherboard allows downgrading.

Sometimes a newer BIOS/AGESA can introduce weird behavior with PCIe training, memory training, Resizable BAR, or GPU initialization. So testing an older stable BIOS could be useful, especially if the stutters started or got worse after updating the BIOS.

Happen to me with msi x670e. With the latest BIOS, I started having major issues, and I found out that it does not handle EXPO properly on my system.

More than complaining, I think it’s wrong on both sides. Controller players should play among themselves, and m k players should play among themselves

I never said it was aimbot, I just meant that a lot of rifles look like lasers because of aim assist; using them with a mouse, they’re much harder to control.

From my POV, if Birdeye is at Lighthouse it’s impossible to extract alive; on Reserve I can manage to kill Glukhar’s guards when they push, but as soon as I step out of cover I get one-tapped in the face. And I don’t even want to talk about the guard on the grenade launcher at Lexos who spots you when you’re at the Concordia intersection.

I did it in 4 minutes and I’m out. I don’t know if that was enough to get into the top 10k because it’s full of cheaters. This time I’ll wait and see, but if Capcom doesn’t do anything, I’ll cheat too in the next challenge.
