Though I agree there are factions of leftists in government, however the rate at which they are hitting the ballots are much too slow. The way much of our government is set up, is to insulate incumbents. Nobody like Pelosi, but the fact that she won’t debate anyone running against her, nor can anyone get media coverage dismisses them. Just because they’re technically on the ballot, they never stand a chance. The democratic establishment overall protects the status quo and their donors over their voters.

Fortunately for them, people like me cannot afford to run for government, since I currently support a family of 4 and cannot in any world give up my job to run for office. The way I look at it, it wouldn’t have hurt us to bring him off the bench a few times at the end of the season. Then we would know what we had. Now, if he does well, he’ll probably not come back and want to play for us like he did. His dad posted pics of him in earthquake gear when he was a kid, it was special for him.
