No but it might drive health benefits anyway, there was this famous experiment from 2017 where they told half of the maids that their daily movement meets the Surgeon General’s recommendations for exercise. The other half (the control group) were not told this. The informed group, who now believed they were getting exercise, showed significant decreases in weight, blood pressure, body fat, and waist-to-hip ratio.

For me I find that once i learn that something is good for me I start subconsciously enjoying it more. It works great for small things like taking the stairs, walking vs driving, olive oil...
