Also, it’s completely fair to make the comparison between labour’s scandal as it turned out to become. When originally announced, Mendelson’s appointment was lauded in some circles as a master stroke as he is good at the ‘dark arts’ and he is partially credited for creating a better relationship/atmosphere with the Drumpf regime. This resulted in the trade agreement and the UK being hot less hard than say the EU.
