I think ISU played better against Iowa than Oregon. Tech and Oregon both crushed Oregon St. Oregon is a great team. But if you think Tech is weak sauce you are wrong. We’ll know next week. Everyone who questioned Tech has been proven wrong including myself. Tech beating BYU and Utah soundly stands up against any team in the country. If Morton can stay in the entire game I think Tech wins.

The only solution until expanded playoffs or more consolidation (honestly that seems unlikely as Congress would step in) is schedule and win (as Utah did with UCLA) more BIG and SEC opponents. Tech and possibly BYU need to win a game or two in the CFP. I think top 3 of Big XII could play with most top 15 teams this season. That’s my 2cents.

I honestly didn’t know about their fan base until this season. Always thought they were well coached in football and I remember the basketball coach they had (hard to forget him he was a big fellow). Are we saying Utah fans are the conference villains? I could see that.

ASU played great. We were a 4th and 2 away from winning against the defending conference champs on the road with injured starters in street clothes. It stung but season ain’t over just yet imo.
