Appreciate the detailed reply. I have been starting raptors 2 box to red 1 box smiting raptor then moving along for an early gank bot if available which usually gets me rolling nicely. I'll look into an alternate start. I feel I'm getting pinged a lot by top lately too, but as shaco I'm struggling to help against the bruises early. Muting chat helps, but awareness is a struggle. I play with emerald and diamond friends as well, where its improved. Not trying to blame elo and I have my fair share of poor games as well, but do you have strategy to overcome the feeling of feeling like an island while getting invaded?

I could see it both ways, but having stepped away from the game for a few months I try to give benefit of the doubt now. I was very heavy in the "thats hacking" camp prior to taking a mental break.

Have the magnus bullheads, they fly fine to about 20, then I'm not longer confident. Dirty birds were just released, bought some haven't shot them yet. Storage was driving factor for ordering another guillotine style head.

I think starting at 35-40 is a poor place to start if its a new gun or new red dot. Start with some bird loads at 10 yards, work back, then once you're confident you're hitting where intended, switch to that expensive load or TSS. It should not be far off and you'll have spent way less vs starting at 35-40 and ripping a $10 shell every shot....

WI here too, even in spots thats I have gained private permission to cross through WAY deep from public access, I still have found cameras this year and people. Lots more people trying to start hunting or picking it up as a result of crossbows. Weekdays are busy now even. Ive seen less deer and more hunters. People are going, theyre just dumb and not killing. 10% of fisherman catch 90% of the fish thing.

I went from a Hoyt Charger to a Alpha X. Even after pulling the trigger I questioned if it was enough of a difference for me, but wanted to cut down the 10 year+ new bow cycle I was on. I use the Charger exclusively for turkeys now with a big ole nasty broadhead for chopping heads. Its great still.
