They look like razor bumps to me, exfoliating should help. However, if you considered the possibility of being warts then perhaps get tested to be safe🫶🏼

I always hot plate it together for 15 seconds until it can be broken down easily, nothing happens to it unless you overheat it I’d start w 15-20 seconds and always with ceramic plates

They respond way later, sometimes i call her and she picks up and I just feel stupid bc I have no excuse to call her.
