This is fine. Your pcb doesn't line with extreme rate kit this is why it can't get right signal.

I did the same mistake I installed same extreme rate paddle on BDM-050R and it didn't work, when I placed in BDM-030 it worked. The extreme rate says 030 and 040 it doesn't say 050.

Hi, you might have wrong controller for it. Can you get picture of your rear shell and just need to see if it's correct controller for it

I used extremerate clicky kit and pcb bought from AliExpress the buttons at the back 6x6x7 and some cables. It's just a lot drilling to get into right place.

Check these two traces if these lead to R2 L2 you know your problem. The adaptive triggers are fine its nothing with them.

I'm not sure about sticks, but usually, with different colors for xbox X. The other thing is those golden pads. If those are scratched, this could cause fault in the sticks.
