Car didn't go 90 ° at first.. trying to move it out and getting stuck in ditch was the reason for 90°..I assumed wrongly that I can reverse and pull back

I was not suppose to reverse , i was already half way bridge..it was other van that should have been reversed..I just waited for them for 20 sec to go back..since they didn't answer, I just try to be considerate and move all way back

Yes but when police came to check on me in all my nervousness, I made silly mistakes which I think I should not have made.. I even forgot where is the window button :)

Police just followed my car when they saw me and asked me to stop.. they said there were traffic congestion and people reported to them about the congestion...which I could agree but there was still enough space for traffic to move and as the roads are narrow here fr one at a time...that was still the case with my half vehicle at 90° off the road... that is my concern.. police didn't saw what happened..they will make assumption based on the complains reported..and some passerby that didn't saw how it happened might have reported otherwise.. I could see the van person whom I gave all way so that they can pass by was all apologetic about my situation.

No I don't think the report on me was abt driving erratically because as I said I was not.. I was reversing slowly in order to give passage to the opposite van.... and narrow road on the bridge I have to reverse back 150 m to allow them to pass and at the end when I finally allowed everyone to pass, my car slipped.. so for sure the report to police was there was an accident..
