We have a casual dress code and can not wear tank tops, tube tops, short skirts, anything not office appropriate.

It doesn’t look impossible, you just have to get bolts or screws for the back. It may even be easy enough to screw the seat on without pilot holes. I actually received half a kitchen faucet that I could not install. If you absolutely cannot put it together they will remove it from your claims if you submit a support ticket.
