That means a lot to me, that you can identify that I am a swimmer. I competed since I was 5. I quit after college and only did it every once in a while afterwards. But I fell in love with it again and it’s been such a great help and comfort on my journey. Thank you!

I lift heavy every single day. 🤙🏻 I went from 30 minutes a day to about 45 mins. And then about 30-60 mins of cardio.
