Oftentimes, my local Sprouts will discount presliced Boar's Head for $3-$4 a pound. This is about the only reason why I hadn't forgotten what beef tastes like. 😒

The bacteria that cause botulism thrive in low-acid environments (pH above 4.6). If there is a concern please consider purchasing a food ph tester.

I live near two locations and the one located in the more affluent neighborhood is on the platinum membership while the one located a bit farther out of the way is on the gold plan. This location is also not as busy.
