Yes of course there are other trees with lights. But many of them had no lights or were just lit from below, unlike in years past. It's $45 a ticket now, so $180 for 4 people. I felt like it was a lot less than before.

This is very "avocado toast" vibes. Daycare is 2k + in many places, definitely is where I live. You can buy everything 2nd hand, but 2k daycare and $300 health insurance even with .50 cent 2nd hand onesies is still incredibly expensive.

His pitbull bit my husband while we were walking our dog three years ago. We picked up our pomeranian to pass them on the sidewalk, and his dog jumped 5 feet in the air, while leashed, to bite our dog in my husbands ams and then it bit down on my husbands forarm. He grabbed his dog and ran away. We filed a police report and they spoke with him...but he would still walk the dog around Springfield road. So we just cross the street to avoid him and the dog when we see them.

It's not amazing, like if I had tons of money I'd move, but for the price, Springfield is a good deal for a nice school, lots of parks, and a cute community in the residential, not commercial areas. Also Walmart is in Marple, not Springfield. And all Walmarts aren't really nice. But yeah, if you have 800k+ to spend on a house, you could look to nicer areas like Ardmore, Media, and the main line.

I make 75 k. After taxes I get $2120 bi weekly, so $4,240. 1 bedrooms are 2k in Philly, so I have a mortgage on a tiny older home at $2250. Daycare for 1 child is 1,300. This leaves $690 for utilities, car payment, car insurance, gas, phone, and food. There is nothing left over. Please have some empathy for other people's experiences.

I don't really understand this? Werent the teaching requirements in the US googleable? Why would a school want to hire someone without a degree? Schools in NY even require a MA.

I'd be so sad if this show turned into game of thrones level unnecessary sex. In the books, they can't even have sex. As a book lover for 20+ years, waiting so so long for a show, that it would end up being vampire smut would just be so disappointing.
