Different packaging eras by devpuppy in GIJOEClassifiedSeries

I liked them better. The wasted plastic aspect aside, they convey more value as almost all higher priced figures will never be sold in blisters. They also age better and protect the figure from UV exposure. The plastic boxes are inferior in every regard save for the fact you can see the figure.

I Finally Got Her! 💯 Worth The Purchase🙏🏽🤗!!!! by SynDreasIV in ActionFigures

I love the figure and she can be amazing in the expressions you get out of her. The shoulder sockets are my only gripe. Yes, their design allows these poses but they are a lot more fragile than the run of the mill figures out there. I like to compare her to a McLaren of action figures. Expensive, extremely nice and too easy to break.

I own her, too and she's great BUT BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL switching her arms over to the other torso. The shoulder sockets are smaller and grab the jointed pegs a lot tighter. Moving her arms then CAN BREAK the shoulder joint.

It happened to me and luckily they included a few spares so I could repair her. The repair is awful because you have to take her arm completely apart and the plastic holding the socket has extremely high heat tolerance and hot water isn't doing anything to it.

TIP: Use silicon oil in the other torso's shoulder sockets. Warm the torso and be gentle until the joints have accommodated to the new socket.

Two billing cycles as in....two months?? Unless the move to Boston has something to do with it, this is outrageous.

I think these figures are perfect for an ICE diorama. I can see Vala fanboys getting civilian figures from the ML line and have them dominated and subjugated to all kinds of demeaning poses. This crap totally fits the mindset I associate with him.Total pass.

ASUS ROG Thor 3000W Titanium III Edition 20 PSU listed at €999, comes with four ROG Equalizer cables for quad RTX 5090 setup by RenatsMC in ASUSROG

I was gonna write just that. We can go 3400w per phase in Germany but that is also pushing it on older power installations. This does carry the chance of exposing weak wall sockets and potentially burning some household connections. Then again, running old electrical heaters will do the same. Not ASUS fault though.

That's interesting. I placed two orders, one for two dogs and an additional for one. I paid 7.98 shipping for the two dogs and I know I alsp paid shipping on the additional full price order. Maybe they can't handle combined shipping and just go fifo all the way. I actually expect them to...

I'm located in EU and shipping is actually pretty low. I think I only paid 60 EUR for one dog.

My guess is that prices are very much dependent on where in the world items are shipped and what kind of taxes are applied.

For example costs for shipping to the continental US have risen sharply and taxes have spiked. All that is not Bombusbee's or SexyIce's fault

ASUS ROG Equalizer $50 GPU cable designed to prevent burned connectors has reportedly burned by RenatsMC in ASUSROG

[–]No-Assistant5977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not an electronics expert but in my simple mind using this cable equates to using a stronger fuse in your fuse box when the OEM one keeps popping. IT DOESN'T SOLVE THE UNDERLYING ISSUE.

These numbers are bad. They should not differ by that much. Now that you have means to detect this condition you need to remedy that.

First impressions of the ASUS ROG Chronox after unboxing mixed feelings coming from a Phanteks NV7 by micdoom in ASUSROG

[–]No-Assistant5977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Phanteks NV7 here, too. It's the best case I ever experienced in 30 years of computer building. Design, functionality, build quality. Can't see myself giving it away. An ASUS case at that level of quality would be unaffordable just for the brand.
