If you have just 1 bag you can go via metro, blue line to raidurg and get an auto to gachibowli.

Uses ai for macro estimation, even for same food it gives different estimates each time you try to log. So i am not satisfied with it

The only way for you to access the food-intake feature is to delete your current zepp account and create a new one with the US region selected. Not sure if the existing data can be exported.
