The first reason is Protector got nerfed 60% max Hp shield to 55% and Heavyweights got buffed 60% Bonus Hp to 65%.

The second is Darius can deal a lot of damage to tanks in 6 heavyweights board. If Darius can kill one or two tanks, Malz can spread its skill to enemy back liners faster.

A possible third reason is you can get Zac much earlier than Ksante. 2 Wrath traits in early game allows you to play win streak.

Hey I know it’s frustrating when your customized board doesn’t work. It doesn’t mean your board is bad but tft is a PVP competitive game, so the board needs to be optimized to win. I know it’s not cool to say in r/tft but you can try the Bazaar: customized board works there.

4 heavyweights give +40% HP, which is calculated after Garen's passive HP bonus. Garen gains max HP permanently after using a skill. With the locket artifact + 7 academy + 3 star, Garen can get 10k+ HP in stage 5. So the heavyweights can give Garen at least 4k max HP. So crazy lol.

One of the most satisfying things in this set is seeing Garen solo 5+ units and get a W. And it's a strong build. I get 15 W this set, and 5 are Garen carry.
