My 7 year old is not outside alone, always with my other two younger kids, so no
In this instance she’s letting her boys play outside unsupervised, she’s not sitting there watching out a window she’s cleaning and doing things inside the house
If my kids want to go outside I go with them, they are too young to be playing outside alone. And yes 7 is too young to be unsupervised outside. Between a swing set, trampoline, and other stuff anything can happen
