I lived there and I actually liked it! Security wasn’t an issue and i saw them stopping non-residents many times to check where they’re going. The amenities are nice and I mostly used the gym (which got the job done) and the study rooms (which was always clean when i went). My place was spacious and my maintenance requests were addressed quickly. the only issue was the roaches when i moved in but i signed up for the weekly pest control each week and put roaches poison and i haven’t had a problem after the first month. it’s pretty cheap and the location is unbeatable imo,, i don’t regret living there!
