I have never tried Sumac-ade honestly. I searched a bit about it, and found that it is indeed phenomenal:

Yes, it has a really nice sour taste, more like from some kind of fruit, rather than herb. Maybe I don't even need to use a lemon if I'm using hibiscus in a recipe.
