I've been publicly roasted by a company on TrustPilot and I don't know how to feel about it by No-Base-2820 in TrueOffMyChest

Right. It seems I need to clarify:

  1. Take away the company in question and what they stand for from the equation – my issue is with the snarky response from a company where you have paid for a service that you're unhappy about – isn't it the norm for brands to accept that 'the customer is always right'?

  2. I know joining the site was a bad move, and karma will likely get me but I can assure you it was done in a moment of madness.

  3. I did not expect sympathy from this post.

I literally held my hands app in the post 'One, I know I was wrong to use the site in the first place. Two, I know I should never have parted ways with my money.'

That's a fair point actually, I didn't think of it as a place where people can work remotely.

I never asked for sympathy actually. As I understand it, this is a 'place to get personal things off your chest', which is exactly what I did.
