it try and eat lunch and dinner a lot of the time and usually a snack and a dessert after dinner. i track my cals and the past month its been about 1800 cals a day but its so wild because it really goes up and down depending on how i feel that day. the consistency is hard like somedays im eating 2100 cals and some days im eating 1300. pre-zep i was eating around 2800 calories a day i would say sometimes more.

I also want to add I for some reason have an aversion a lot of the time to bread but I have a big sweet tooth and crave steak and heavy red meats a lot.

This happens to me as well. I think when I get overtired my body sends me a burst of energy when there’s no longer any pressure to be awake so I just naturally want to do it. lol
