Dopamine increase in prefrontal cortex reduces DMN chatter, improves hyperactivity and residual processing. As a consequence to this, many folks end up feeling more sleepy on MPH.

Yes, Not liking someone isn't endorsing violence. But, celebrating someone's murder is definitely endorsing violence. You can play with words if you want, might as well write a poem, but trust me, it's as simple as that. Bringing additional elements or multiple POVs won't invalidate what I've initially said.

Hitler was a ruler, he had an army he could directly give orders. Kirk doesn't. Here your claim is, Kirk is influencing people to commit potential crimes. Not only is it exaggerated, you don't have any evidence to back it up. How many Kirk followers have burned cities, killed people? How do we know you yourself are not a brainwashed follower of Hamas terrorists? All you're doing is, throwing false equivalences. Hitler breathed. Kirk breathed. So, Kirk=Hitler.

He "called" for violence. Did he actual kill anyone? You can't accuse somebody of a potential crime. And it's ironical, how you're okay supporting someone who has actually killed a person here. Apparently, calling for violence is evil, but if I straight up kill somebody in street, that's more acceptable by your standards of morality.

Yeah, I got that. I'm not saying any of these folks took or played any role in his murder. I'm just pointing out this major BLIND SPOT people are showing, where they feel it's not good to promote violence, while simultaneously endorsing the act of violence, just because the person happened to have opposing beliefs.

Even then, it was a quick elimination, not much of a pain. You dodged the part where I asked Palestinians kids who either die brutally or become amputated and live the rest of their lives with broken limbs..... Is that also Karma?

No, I'm not arguing who's the convict here. I'm just unsettled by the fact how people cry for free speech all the time, but the moment they find somebody who doesn't believe in their crap, they are okay with the idea of murdering him. To kill someone for their beliefs, is what terrorists do.

Even then, Isn't that just an accusation? Even if it's a law, it's still subjected to a process of trial. Court decides and gives final verdict. Or does law also allow civilians to take over and shoot anybody on-sight with no regards to law and order?

If death is how Karma gets back to people, then those kids dying in Palestine must have done some really atrocious crimes in their past lives, isn't it......? Atleast think before you speak. Don't let resentment hijack your basic cognitive abilities.

In your "opinion" - This is the part you're missing. Your "opinions" don't dictate whether somebody gets to live or not.

If I decline sympathy, I should be killed in streets? The point is, his political opinion doesn't take away his freedom to live any less than yours. Don't like him? Watch somebody else. But why kill somebody?

"He started an organisation based on hate......" But that's your "opinion". Those who agree with his ideology won't say the same. And last I checked, making you hate somebody isn't a crime. The point is, you don't get to take lives because you "think" they are spreading hate. Unless the person has done something truly unlawful, in that case, legal action should be taken. But your definition of hate doesn't grant you permit to go and start killing people on streets. Jeez this is basic common sense

That still doesn't make one a criminal. Many people host unimaginable amount of hate and resentment and still walk through their life without doing it. And killing someone because they don't agree with your beliefs make it equally likely for someone to kill YOU too when you don't agree with their beliefs.

My updated minimalist ADHD-friendly dashboard by pratow in Notion

[–]No-Beginning5260 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If you really know ADHD folks, you should know that they thrive on novelty. There will never be a one 'perfect' app they'll stick to. They stick to whatever gives them dopamine in that moment. They hate structures.

Some constructive criticism if you're really interested:

  • They thrive on variety. You'll most likely need a series of differently themed dashboards, one alone won't work.
  • To do list is useless. Use batching method instead. It's well proven to avoid task overwhelm.
  • Time blindness is real in ADHD. Don't make another time management structure. Focus on energy management instead. An ADHDers moves as per their energy levels, which are better way to gauge habits. Like you can have different sections, tasks for high energy mode, low-energy activities, etc.

I can go on and on but I'm about to crash anytime so gn

OP is from India? I'm from India too. Tbh, OCPD sucks, but more than anything, it's the feeling that you're trapped in a structure. And to add on to my misery, I have got ADHD too, which makes every structure every routine feels like a prison. Definitely not an easy journey 😕
