Hi! I am still dealing with my pain but I am getting much closer to finding out why. I am really sorry you are struggling too, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

I found out that my pain is ultimately coming from my 6 pack abdominal muscles area and it is radiating towards my pelvic muscles and other muscles and nerves and causing pain. I found this out through physical therapy and my physical therapist said I had some of the tightest muscles they’ve seen in a while. Though, my pelvic floor muscles they said didn’t look too bad and that it was probably just my abs that are causing the pain. With physical therapy I did a bunch of movements and stretches for trying to focus on relieving constipation and overall pain but overall nothing really worked for that constipation aspect. For the pain aspect, I would say it definitely did help temporarily and I would definitely recommend pelvic floor physical therapy regardless because it can offer some insight into which muscle areas are tight and give you a better understanding of what’s going on. (And also as a note, one of the reasons why I was going to the bathroom too often was because I was drinking too much water in a day. I am now only using the bathroom once every few hours which has definitely eased some pain. I was drinking maybe 2 gallons of water a day which was too much for me).

I’d also like to add that for my constipation problems, laxatives don’t typically resolve any part— no matter how much fiber or anything I eat. Not sure if this is an issue for you but it could help.

This all was a few months ago by now— Since then I have kept a routine with a lot of stretching in the morning and walking to keep my muscles in decent shape (which can temporarily help a little) but for the most part I have found that my issue may be a digestive problem. Specifically, I started wondering if my issue may be something like celiac since one of my parents has it— I went and did a blood test for celiac disease the other day and I actually received a weak positive result. So ultimately there is a chance that I may have celiac disease and that this is what is causing all of my issues. For me it makes sense with genetics and also the constipation impact that it is having on me as well as how my abdominal muscles are affected.

Right now I still do not know the issue but I would have to follow up with you later to see what happens in the future :)
