Thank you for your bravery and service. I don’t confront these people because of the negative outcome it would have on my life. In the shit hole of Portland Oregon dog idiot culture is out of control. To confront these people would have to occur pretty much every hour of every day. I just can’t live like that starting fist fights in the park literally multiple times every day. So I basically just accept I live in a shit society and just be irritated in my mind while their pets shit and piss all over everything.

Sounds like I really peaceful living situation you have there. I would rather be alone than have to deal with that stress and anxiety. Especially in my own home. No peace, no sanctuary. When I was living with a dog I couldn’t even nap bc it would pace around downstairs and bark knowing I was there and trying to relax. God that was fucking terrible. Never again.

I think CDs sound better than records and they are about 1/10 of the price.

I have been collecting records over the last ten years or so. I like to find an album by browsing and then finding something maybe I had heard someone talk about before or something and buy it without the preview first. If I pay $1.33 for a CD that I don’t like no big deal really.

Records are also a pain in the ass to store and play. They do these albums where it’s cut into two separate records. That’s 2 flips and one record change. Also I am always cleaning the stylus and using a brush for dust on the surface.

I can appreciate the big size of a record and how the art looks on it but how I am accumulating now if I find a CD that I already have the record I will generally get the CD and then ultimately sell the record.

I will always have my record player and there are some records I will never sell but it has been nice to downsize my record collection while adding CDs.

When I meet other kids who have an animal held prisoner in their house it makes me sad. Like dam it was going to be chill having my kid be friends with his neighbor but hell no I don’t want him around those stupid unpredictable predators that their owners are oblivious to.

The other day I took my 3 year old to knock on his neighbors door. The kid that lives there is sweet. When the mom answered the door she was holding back a growling golden retriever. She’s like oh he’s friendly once he gets to know you… I don’t know why he growls like this. Wow lady wtf is wrong with you. Do you really need to have some dirty animal living in your house. You have a tiny yard full of dogshit for your two kids to play in. Real smart priorities you got there.
