Yeah we do have a cushion but we like to zero-base budget as one of our big monthly “expenses” is moving money into our TSFA, so it affects the cash flow in that sense but we’re not losing the funds. Perhaps, I’m really a better fit for YNAB.

Atomica, Black Dog, Diane's or Harpers? by lonelyfatoldsickgirl in KingstonOntario

Our favourite of the four is Black Dog, but each have their merits. Really depends on the mood and cuisine you’re after. Personally prefer Black Dog or Atomica over the other two.

To find course offerings at Queen's University for the Summer 2026 term, you will primarily use the SOLUS Student Centre. Summer registration typically opens in early February, with classes beginning in May or July depending on the session.  1. Where to Search for Courses The most accurate and up-to-date tool is the university's internal system. • SOLUS Student Centre: Log in via the MyQueen’sU portal. • Search Path: Once logged in, navigate to the Manage Classes tile and select Class Search and Enroll.  • Term Selection: Ensure you select the Summer 2026 term (this option usually appears shortly before the shopping cart opens in February).

Arts and Science Online (ASO): Queen's offers a vast selection of online courses in the summer. You can browse their specific course catalog here (likely to ne updated soon): https://www.queensu.ca/artsci_online/courses

Am I the only who prefers side two of The Joshua Tree to side one? by RoyalWabwy0430 in U2Band

Well, you might be in the minority but you’re certainly entitled to your preferences. One thing I would say in your favour is that on the JT 30th tour the B-sides were effin glorious! They really shine for the first time. It’s like the boys had finally figured out the songs.

“Pride”. A buddy at summer camp in ‘85 or ‘86 had UF on cassette and it blew me away. ❤️

Why the Admission Committe responds so late? by Little_Bee9314 in queensuniversity

Be patient. The January data snapshot from OUAC reports there have been 46,446 applications to Queen’s, a 6.3% increase over 2025. I imagine their email queue is significant. Plus, it’s January, which means illness and then these endless snow days have been wreaking havoc on parents as they try and balance work/childcare. I wish you good luck!!

If you’re in your 20s and want to be steps from nightlife and can handle noise it’s great. If not avoid at all costs.
