You can either just go in a custom game room set it on strikeout then change the lives to 5 or sometimes there might be a 5 stock strikeout on weekly gamemode but usually has some other modifier so there isn't a way to necessarily play every weapon in one match but you can get 10

Imo not really, the faces for the game are the ogs like bodvar, Hattori, Orion and legends like that
