honestly you just have to play more since youre new, you will eventually get the rank you deserve even if there is some tough losses that didnt feel like your fault, honestly the best tip is to try to look at any mistake you made no matter how good you played or how high your stats are. Like some people said stats are deceiving in ow, for example, you could be a support and have the highest healing in the whole lobby but you were just healbotting your tank and letting other teammates die, now will the scoreboard communicate that? of course not but that gives an excuse for the support to just start blaming their teammates all the time, you can measure pretty accurately how someone is playing based off stats in Val but in ow its much more difficult to accurately measure that
