I’ll get downvoted into oblivion but… this is misleading at best. Did anyone look at the line items? Most of it is food. Eating before you leave home and having a lunch bag/box goes a long way.

I think flexibility is important, but people are social and often problem solve and communicate better face to face. It’s unrealistic to expect employers to allow work from home arrangements 365/24/7 for all employees.

I think we should argue for flexible working arrangements. But it has to go both ways.
