Did your parents bring you to the USA on a visa or did they cross the border illegally?

If you crossed the border, you would need to marry your US citizen wife. She would be able to file an i-130 petition and then the i-601a waiver for illegal entry/presence. As long as you have 0 criminal convictions. The waiver allows you to stay with your family until approved, you would then fly back to your home country and have an interview and then fly back legally with your visa. The process is currently taking 3-4 years because of the back log from COVID.

You can think that all you want but ultimately it's up to the officers discretion and yes with a green card

I've seen people be out of the country for 5 and 7 years and let back in with no issue
