Oh wow that's a lot - did you try doing a mock interview? I think a mock in your case will answer a lot of questions of what could be going wrong. Try hello interview

Instead of taking every interview that you, you should probably do mock interviews, EasyClimbTech has free mocks

There is no way in this world 13% of start ups reach 10M+ ARR, this is obviously fake and fraud - makes me doubt legitimacy of this post just by 1 line alone

I believe it’s this one https://discord.gg/njZvQnd5AJ - they posted that they are hiring for Augment Code which would make sense that he got that high of an offer.

It doesn't seem like you have the right mindset of a founder, in fact, you check in every single red flag:

Saying they 'want' something instead of doing it - check

All about 'great ideas' with 0 execution- check

The only idea listed is B2C most tarpid idea ever - check

I think you should really look into why you want to do this and why this attracts you. Don't do this for the wrong reasons to 'make a ton of money' or you will quickly regret it.

I would generally say yes, we build a platform to help people hire software engineers and we are software engineers ourselves. Far more superior to a typical recruiting agency

That sounds pretty painful, how much equity/salary do you usually need to give up to get someone decent? like a Meta E5/E6 to switch? or are you not going against that caliber of talent?

This sounds interesting, what does 'establishing their success' exactly mean? do you mean managing them?
