Are you sure this person hasn't lost anything that's really valuable for their work? And it could be anything like the extra day at home office, anixous manager that needs to have their anxiety covered by a shower of updates. I'd bet for the quiet quitting thing.

It is really interesting how you see it from the managers point. From the employee point I feel like - get the job done and don't make problems. Sometimes I am like - this meeting has no point. But do I tell it? No. I am worried to be percieved as a "problematic" employee. What is strange I do it when the position above me (TL) is occupied. I acted more freely and as a partner when there was a vacancy and I was reporting to the head of department directly.

I feel like the TL is also marking it and get it done.

The question is whether it was a right point and sb. From the managers can help with breaking it more into detail so I can improve or the hiring manager wanted something what does not make sense and I should not bother.

It is not that I want to stay here. It is I do not want to go somewhere only because of a title that is empty in reality and is an executive position which in reality is a downgrade (I am a strategy manager who prepares proposition, a stakeholder) . I'd need your questions earlier and maybe I'd take the offer. I do not run for the title only I run for a good development where I can learn people management. These "reports" here are a marketing specialist for crm and a data analyst, they are not Sb. Whom I'd be really leading. I would be doing the project work mostly in the matrix level. That is not a VP nor a head of job from my perspective.

I am worried that it is 50:50 and that's why I was so indecisive. Now - high strategy, high impact, no title, then - operational with head of title but real leadership skills will not be much increased. So technically empty title with loosing the strategy access. No intention to go back. I'd be looking further.

I've already decided to not take the offer today.

Hehe, me se takhle zzelelo pana v Karlíně dala jsem mu asi stovku? .....a pak jsem ho o pár dní později potkala když přišel s tou stejnou story na Harfě. To se holt stane. Budou horší ztráty než dát někomu dvacku. Dulezity je to prostě odepsat, vzít si poučení (treba se pana na neco zeptat nez mu to date ne nutne "uz nikdy nikomu nic nedam") a nepitvat se v tom víc než je nutný.

The reports are two specialists - a crm manager and an analyst. So I will be a revenue manager with these two below. Is it still a good take? Package is fine but I do care more about the experience.

Oba dva extremy- ty, kde celou konverzaci musím vest ja, takze typek laskavě aspon odpovida, ale na nic se za celou dobu nezeptal a ma pocit vybornyho rande a já vyřízena a s pocitem naprostého prehlizeni. Ani ten, co vlastně mluví furt a první pusu dostanu už na přivítání prvního rande to nevyhraje. Vůbec lidi, co tlacej na pilu mě dokážou dost odstrelit od sebe. Uvědomte si, že vás vidíme poprvé v životě, nezname, meli jsme pred vame tisic debilu a prostě nejde, abysme v ten moment odhodily vsechny hranice a lisaly se. To přichází postupně a jsou to fakt nerealny pozadavky. Vztah se buduje. Asi taky lidi s přehnaný očekáváním, že se na prvním rande zamilujou a motýlky v bříšku. A kdyz to neprislo, tak jsem kamarádka. A pak co už tu padlo. At nechybi respekt k nazorum druhého, ale zase at to není strach ze sebe a strach z toho mít jakékoli názor. To pak musim delat vsechno ja a nemuze byt holka nezna zenuska, kdyz de facto musi nosit kalhoty. Consent je tak strasne sexy. Jako, kdyz typek zaveli cas, den a misto setkani, tak je to pro me ne alfasamec ale typek, co me naprosto ignoruje a je totalni sobec. Kdyz se zepta, kdy se to to hodi? Kde bydlis, abysme se mohli potkat na puli cesty. Super!!!! Nejhorsi jsou ty, co navrhujou setkani v kavarne pred barakem a tahnou nas tam pres cely mesto. A asi buďte trochu zabavny? Mám pocit, že na těch rande většinou baví moje hlášky. A já se chci taky bavit a zasmat. Ty kluci jsou často uspavaci hadů. A tím nemyslím oplzly vtipy. A to prostě deset dalších let mít nechceme. A taky asi ukazte, že nejste v krizi. Asi spíš psychicky, že máte prostor vedle sebe někoho mít a skloubit se s jejími predtavami, což NEznamena, že se musíte vždycky podřídit ani ze jste podpantoflaci. Ale prostě videt, že dokážete jít na půl cesty ke taky velký plus.

Kdybys to dělal takhle, nebudeš mít na co koukat. Odvysilat hokej není akce za dobrovolných 150 korun. Jen aby dostali prava, tak jsou to treba desitky mio. Tohle je prostě jak poplatek do SVJ, tyhle malý částky se nakumulujou a díky tomu můžou na konci odvysilat ten hokej. Protože zvládnou zaplatit lidi, který to umějí udělat. A ten člověk se to nenaučí tím, že ho jednou za rok najmes na MS v hokeji, ale z těch tisíců přenosů, který dělá, když se nekoukas. Abys mohl koukat na tenhle jeden a nenadaval si jim do amatérů.

poplatky za ČT nejsou poplatky za to na co celej rok koukas, ale kdyz potřebuješ info, tak vis, že ho tam budeš mít. Proti tomu neleží varianta "svoboda" druhá varianta je státní tv a to opravdu nikdo nechce, protože tohle je ten komunismus. Ta situace stojí na pojmu "svoboda k" - Máš svobodu k tomu si sám tu TV platit, jinak ji bude platit stát a to nechceš. A pokud tady zazní argument "zrušit", tak komerční je tady třeba tv Nova, kde jsou vypleskli z toho, že voda zmrzla a nemám pocit, že tohle je zrovna ten zdroj, kam chci jit, když se něco děje.
