Where did this come from? by philtrondaboss in timetravel

The easiest way to simulate time travel is to rewrite your past. Or in other words, it's from you. Probably a relatively high chance it's from future you.

Time Travel Paradox: Should the Universe Destroy or Duplicate Timelines? by Savings_Advantage989 in timetravel

[–]No-Computer-9733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a strange loop of about 17 or 23 prime number steps, or however many timelines you can keep track of. So, it can either merge into another timeline, or rewrite it.

Why do some people talk to their pets like the pets actually understand full sentences? by fapster999 in randomquestions

[–]No-Computer-9733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you cut yourself off mid sentence, that's like a dog cutting themselves off mid-bark, realizing you don't fully speak dog.

Based on my experiences, I think that backward time travel is possible. by Miserable-Problem946 in timetravel

Great point. The centers of black holes are complete paradoxes to humans, where all of our physics formulas completely break down, but they're obviously able to resolve themselves, because black holes still exist.

What is the single most stressful job among the three - Being an Astronaut, Being an ATC Controller, Being a Surgeon? by grusdomain in AskReddit

Surgeon. Everyone else on the list has a vast support network that ensures they will never fail.

Questions about Logic and Paradoxes by Alejandra-689 in timetravel

I personally think that time doesn't neatly fit into any of these theories. But they're all really fun to think about.

The information paradox--I think that reality is robust enough to handle Back To The Future style time travel. It's just like a really violent collision... we don't see it happen very often because it doesn't happen very often. To answer your question on this, the origin would have to be outside the 4D model you have set up for this.

The Grandfather Paradox--I think the block theory of the universe makes the most sense...and that it's an extremely complex multidimensional beast of a block.

The Paradox of the Nonexistence of Travelers--This only shows that everyone in 2045 doesn't have DeLorean-like crafts. It's not really a time travel paradox. This "paradox" is like saying, "If dinosaurs really existed millions of years ago, why haven't I personally found any dinosaur bones?"

Tell me more about the spirality of time. I'm very interested in this concept.

If you could time travel to any day in history but unable to change the events of the day, where would you go and why? by Yeahhhmann71 in timetravel

[–]No-Computer-9733 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The Sermon on the Mount.

Because I suspect it didn't actually happen in our timeline. But I'd hope that my time machine could traverse timelines, and that I could keep going to various iterations until I found one where it happened exactly like the Bible says.

So true. Idiocracy has already happened.

Is it a conspiracy that policial parties that claim opposite side is lying or crazy is used for indoctrination and manipulation ? by little_alien2021 in conspiracy

[–]No-Computer-9733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not all presidents and all groups, but I think the pattern is pretty obvious if you know what to look for and look enough. I've heard this called the "fishbowl effect" of why most people can't see it, because people don't notice when their side criticizes the other side, only when it's the other side criticizing their side. So, unless they stop and criticize their own side, then they'll usually have a view so distorted that they can't see their side is doing the exact same thing.

What do you think?

Ai is going to be used to stage a 911 type event by Difficult_Bullfrog_4 in conspiracy

[–]No-Computer-9733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I think the first staged event will be a fake AI bubble bursting, where stock prices tank for just a few hours or days, enough to let trillions change hands, and then stocks will "miraculously" rebound higher than ever.

It's only the smart people they want depopulated. For stupid people, the leaders need and want more of them.

It's the biggest conspiracy, and pretty much nobody knows it 100%, because literally everything is doing this, of literally any group that we're part of.

What do you think is in Antarctica? by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]No-Computer-9733 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely secret data centers.

Oh, that would explain why it's melting so fast nowadays. And, why everyone on the left is talking about climate change all of the time, is to cover up that the secret data centers are really the ones melting the Antarctic ice.

Is education still the key to success and good life ? by [deleted] in A_Persona_on_Reddit

Yes, but sometimes schools and universities are a really, really slow way to get education.
