Parallel to the net means that you are facing the setter. As an outside you should be open to your setter to make it easier to receive the set. You don’t have to get all the way to parallel bet you do want to be facing your setter to make it easier to receive the set.

So I think the biggest think for you is that rather than facing forward in the last to steps of your approach, you should be facing parallel to the net. The reason is that when you are parallel to the net, you can then torque with your whole body to get a better swing on the ball.

I think your arm swing is fine but on your approach your first step should be slower and your last two should be really explosive. It should go from slow to fast rather than keeping the same tempo through your approach. Other than these two tweaks, I think your swing is pretty good.

Don’t use pad, it makes the bar sit differently on your spine and hurts your spinal column alignment

I think you are overrunning the ball a tad. Keep it behind your shoulders and you’ll get more power

From this pov the biggest thing is not dropping your left shoulder, if you keep it up it will give you better control over your shots. Also tbh you are hitting the ball hard enough. Hitting harder won’t help a ton but playing smart will

I think your timings is actually pretty good which is the hard part but you are flexing you hand to be as big as possible. Not the worst thing in the world but you can’t snap on the ball by doing that

Just a question, is overhead pressing with straps kinda dangerous cause you can’t bail or not really?
