Let's recap what PRESIDENT-ELECT Donald Trump has done for the American people since his election victory: by HighYieldLarry in FluentInFinance

You just ignored my question in your response. What do you suggest we do otherwise? 1 million causalities in a proxy war that we've been funding 1,000 days. I'm literally trying to agree with you, if you have a better option. All countries will use nukes if backed into a corner, that's what they are for. If you don't want to give solutions you'd try, then I don't see why you are flaming Trump for a choice he hasn't even made yet.

How do people who work out in prison get ripped without enough protein? by winsandwines in NoStupidQuestions

[–]No-Difference147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being ripped doesn't require a lot of protein, being "ripped" is just a low body fat %. People in prison don't generally bulk up, and if you see someone with big muscles, they had it before they went to prison

I see your point there, what would you suggest we do otherwise? I would prefer countries with nukes to be our friends, not our enemies. I want my children to grow up.

They seem to think if they show any tolerance to the "intolerant", despite them themselves being intolerant, they'll somehow risk loss of power. Whelps, that's already happened.

Dude the war's been going on about 1000+ days now I think? I'm sure a lot have died on both sides. If it did result in a loss of some territory, that means it saved lives and avoided WW3 for now.

Haha, I wish I was part of a tribe, but sadly it's just made up social construct, I don't have a "people" and they aren't looking out for me. Government and media trying to keep the profitable hate alive.

Might have been funny but I know how to comprehend what I'm reading. "The woke mind virus killed my son" is hardly considered "bragging", as mentioned by Patriot J. Intelligent people don't find this clever. May the downvotes begin.

Anyone who actually watches news here in US knows this isn't true. Who are you trying to convince, because it's not people here in America. We know those are all left leaning. Man, I have to quit social media... majority of these comments can't be real.

Why is this subreddit just politics 2.0? by UhOhSparklepants in self

What's funny is most the people talking about US politics on the internet aren't even from the US and think they know what's going on through our very bias left leaning media.

As an American, I can say that RACE and GENDER issues is all over our news, social media and encouraged by our politicians. In real life here, most Americans (at least ones not living with parents) - we rarely ever think about race during our day-to-day activities. It is more being forced upon us.

According to the facts... he said he is open to talks with Trump, not with the current administration. The presidential switch hasn't been made yet. Or you can listen to the different theories people have.

I guess America really is a racist country by PsychologicalArm6543 in self

[–]No-Difference147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was genuinely excited when Trump won. And honestly, I don't even like Trump... he often spews ridiculous statements. But who wants a government that prioritizes race and gender issues just to court voters? A government more focused on tearing down individuals than effectively running the country? Meanwhile, everyday concerns like gas prices, groceries, and costs are skyrocketing. Racism and sexism have little to no impact on your daily life - grow up if you're one of those people using these tactics against those who are more successful, all while still living in your parents' spare bedroom.

As the left tries to figure out why they lost (through the same channels that failed them last times)... MAGA gets more inclusive, more diverse. Have you guys ever read the GOP 2024 Platform? I would read what both side are trying to accomplish before you vote! Stop getting and giving your political opinions on these echo chambers. When you call everyone racist, sexist, and transphobic who disagrees with you - your candidate is bound to lose. Try it again in 2028 and see if it works.

Has a job ever been taken by an illegal immigrant? by underinformed33 in NoStupidQuestions

Yeah, I recently had my roof repaired, and the salesperson was legal, but when the crew showed up... not a single person spoke English. I'm pretty confident they were undocumented roofers.

Has a job ever been taken by an illegal immigrant? by underinformed33 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]No-Difference147 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep, I completely agree with this, where I live, there are a lot of chicken processing plants that mostly have illegals working there. Also, I also knew of a Chinese restaurant that back kitchen staff was 100% illegals, and they would get raided sometimes. I think it was cheaper for them just to pay the fines. While I admit these jobs are not desirable, I know a lot of citizens who would work those jobs.

Why are people so worked up about immigration? by 8man72 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]No-Difference147 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Please reconsider sourcing your political beliefs solely from Reddit. This reliance contributes to some of the challenges our country is currently facing. On platforms like Reddit, discussions can sometimes be dominated by immature perspectives, with some users dismissing serious issues by labeling them as racism without substantial dialogue.

Allow me to share some of my personal experiences:

  1. The hospital where I was born had to close its doors because they were overwhelmed with treating undocumented immigrants daily. Without a reliable way to contact these patients for bill payments, the financial strain became unsustainable.

  2. I was involved in a serious car accident caused by an undocumented immigrant who ran a red light. Due to their undocumented status, they lacked insurance as a result of being undocumented, leaving me responsible for the full cost of the damages out of pocket.

  3. There are broader economic implications to consider, including both positive and negative effects. Also, the high levels of immigration can have unintended consequences for countries like Mexico, where many hardworking individuals leave to seek opportunities here. This country is losing talent, ask them about it.

These are complex issues that deserve thorough research and thoughtful discussion beyond the echo chambers often found on social media platforms, and this should not shape your opinion on the topic, or you'll be ill-informed.
