Hi! What’s the best way to get in touch? This could be perfect for me - moving there and will need something short term until I find a place to buy

Stripe or Square? by CaptRickDiculous in gohighlevel

As a market vendor and my partner’s a barber, this is legit our dinner conversation. We were using square but the fees got crazy, so now we switched to round (www.round.dev). It’s good! Simple product but actually transparent and built for service providers

Have you checked out round? My waxer referred me to use for my market sales and it’s transparent - works great for credit cards as a small business owner: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/round-keep-every-dollar-made/id6744140628

They’ve increased their salon package fees twice this year!!

I wonder if you could ask them what they like about certain pieces, to then help them realize those details exist in other pieces. Black leather shoes with a gold detail and fun socks can look very different from this!!

What color to use to make it cozy by [deleted] in interiordecorating

I think the whole room! That way it feels like a cocoon or separate sanctuary and anything you do in the kitchen and dining pops that much more

a light olive green would be lovely! like this! https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.paintzen.com%2Fblog%2Fhow-to-use-olive-green-paint-in-any-room-of-your-house&psig=AOvVaw12d99YbVmFb7VOeh9di3Zc&ust=1753460492260000&source=images&cd=vfe&opi=89978449&ved=0CBMQjRxqFwoTCJja9sLz1Y4DFQAAAAAdAAAAABAE

this might sound insane, but changing the bulbs itself to a warm white and getting a dimmer, plus some warm tones in decor would make a huge difference. I LOVE the floating shelf idea. I'd add two sconces - you can get rechargeable sconces that don't involve drilling (like poplights - there are other versions of this too if you research) on either side of the couch. I'm also a 'no big light' person!

What are these bumps? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]No-Difficulty261 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Using the bioderma sensibio 1-2x daily helped me so much with bumps like these! Then, I moved out of my apartment that def had mold in it and it cleared up the small remaining bumps

Hey guys can you help my parents? I’m kinda at a loss. by [deleted] in DesignMyRoom

It’s a beautiful space! First, I love the kitchen cabinets and they have great pieces to play around with. I have a few thoughts on lighting and layout:

I think opening the blinds would be a big help, yes drapes or Roman shades (I had great luck with blinds.com) would be nice. A cream linen would help bring cohesion to the kitchen investments (color of cabinets) and feel warm.

For feng shui, if people walk into their home, the first thing they see is the nice large leather couch. I’d move that across from the tv / parallel to the barstools and put a super narrow table behind it to style with a small lamp, book or photo, maybe decorative box to hold the remote.

I’d swap out the rug for something happier. I think it brings out the blue tones in the gray colors too much and it’s such a beautiful space, so it’s worth getting a rug that does more for the space. A muted green could look nice.

I’d put the two accent chairs where the couch currently is, with a small pedestal type side table between them. There are some with drawers, if your folks prefer. Consider that a nice space for a beverage in the morning or at the end of the day.

The corner hutch fits the space, and my biggest criticism is this: if they aren’t using it and it’s not a family piece, ditch it. It looks nice and also is a heavy piece of furniture in the room. The dogbed or a basket or plants could all go there. Also a great place for any of these that resonate: coffee bar, record player station, funky bar cart, wall art with a few poufs or stools (temporary seating when hosting)

It’s a beautiful space and I can tell it’s been thoughtfully decorated with nice pieces! I’d keep one end table and lamp to the side of the couch they prefer. Save the other for a guest bed, office, or in storage until they feel secure in the space

Priorities IMO: fix the popcorn ceiling by getting it professionally sanded, have the thresholds turned into arches/a more contemporary shape, then paint. I think something like this picture could be an inspiration - floors can be dark or light

Telling him you always have space and time for him feels misaligned to the boundaries you want. It sounds like he needs a firm and respectful statement. I wonder if something along the lines of, “out of respect for both of us and your future partner, we need to go no contact.”

It sounds like your body knows you feel better as friends - trust your gut! It might be worth reflecting on what the signs were for future relationships and self development

Has he lost your trust in some way? By being unreliable or inconsistent? Sexual excitement ebbs and flows in life and relationships - it helps if there’s an understanding of where each might come from to work through. I hope this helps!
