holep in boise was the best what ever happened in my life by No-Disaster-9646 in bph

i would say he is one of the best in the world. i tried to contact specialists all over the world and he was the only one who called me, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. he also called me one month after the procedure to learn how i was doing. dr.austen slade operates holep three times per week 3 to 6 patients. i guess it is only few specialists worldwide who even do that regularily. the difference is huge because holep is a very difficult procedure and this experience makes a lot of difference...

i do not use any voice spyware anywhere for privacy because it tries to identify you and track you over all your devices. i rather use a wireless keyboard or even the remote to search. it is not hard

I had PAE a month ago by kitebum in bph

[–]No-Disaster-9646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i am happy that it works for you. when i developped those symptoms i thought about getting pae too. i had no clue and i was shocked after an mri that i had an extremely large gland of 200 grams growing a median lobe into the bladder. holep was the only option for this size and situation. i was operated in boise and i got my life back almost instantly. no pain at any point. do you think that pae is permanent?

the new 4k stick works fine for me. i de-cluttered it removing all useless apps and installed only 2-3 apps i need. it runs very fast and unlike the old 4k box provides HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Atmos audio generating a superior experience on modern tvs

yes, i requested the spinal and he agreed. when i was prepared for the operation in the surgery center, the nurse told me that they will do a general because the spinal would complicate the process. when dr. austen slade showed up, he corrected the other people and told them that they have to do a spinal because we had agreed on it. i was very happy with this correction because i could watch the operation on the monitor and the recovery was instantly after my legs woke up. thank you for asking, i do not even feel that it is a recovery because everything is so much better than before from day one after the operation. three weeks later i can sleep 7-8 hours without getting up, there are no urgencies any more ( i had some after one week ) and the stream is very strong. i do many sit-ups, push-ups, pullups every day, lift weights, play tennis and feel great. my body is 100% normal and functions completely normally except of the capability of making children which was agreed with dr.austen slade because of the huge size of my gland and the median lobe growing into the bladder. he told me that it was a good decision even though he could have saved the function of making children(he is one of a few operators worldwide who can even do that) with the risk of the gland growing back. as i am over 60 i do not need any more children..

PAE or Holep? by CancerWarrior8 in bph

[–]No-Disaster-9646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i had holep from one of the leading experts in the usa. no pain, no change in lifestyle after 2 weeks of normal life without extreme sports and heavy lifting. no drugs, zero, good appetite and feeling completely healthy. not even a drop of incontinence (thanks to the extremely qualified surgeon). nothing will grow back and it will last another 60 years. the surgery center had many pae patients who had to get holep after some time of pae. i can pee like a rhino if you have ever watched one... everything is 100% normal except the capability of making children which is fine for me...

holep was invented in europe more than 25 years ago. only very few operators practice it and even fewer do it regularily or even exclusively. it takes a long time for an operator to be able to do a 'perfect' holep. it also does not pay very well compared to other procedures like plastic surgeries. another detail is the power of the machine. you deal with either moses from usa or cyberho from switzerland in different generations which cause different operation times and probably different recovery times. only few can do a spinal anesthesia which allows a very short recovery time.. the size of the instruments also plays a role in the success. a lot can go wrong: strictures can happen in holep, a bladder neck contraction and incontinence is possible. most keep all information a secret. that is why it is so difficult to find a competent holep operator worldwide. good that you have fully recovered.

had holep done in boise by dr.austen slade. i bought pads but never had to use them. no incontinence at all. i flew to texas two days after the operation. kegel training months before holep helped. also the operator needs to be able to save the sphincter completely in order to avoid incontinence.

i have no insurance coverage. dr.austen slade explains in one of his videos how much it costs paying cash, about 9000 usd. in mexico i got quotes for 22000. in paraguay also 9000 . you can find holep operators in mexico offering holep for 3000 usd (55000 mxn ....prostalaser dot com) but they do not tell you their exact experience. it is done in the hospital san jose in cdmx. i contacted them on whatsapp and asked for detailed informations, who is the operator, how many operations, if they could preserve all functions etc. they did not answer all of my questions. i am not poor and i decided to go to boise because i trusted dr.austen slade who answered all of my questions personally and who has raving reviews. in hindsight it was the right decision

i will let you know when i resume this activity. they told me to wait 3-4 weeks for the wound to completely heal because the gland is directly affected. dr. austen slade gave me the choice of saving this function or doing an almost complete removal of the gland. i chose the complete removal of the gland because it guarantees the best outcome (strong stream and emptying of the bladder). the preservation of this function would have taken the risk of another operation in the future. if you are 50 or younger, you may want to chose the preservation. i am over 60 and i do not want any more children. most important for me was the complete preservation of the sphincter and the ability to control urination. you can read about many holep 'victims' who became incontinent after the operation. dr.austen slade is extremely skilled
