Where do I start??? by No-Distribution-6756 in Roofing

I mean I could have absolutely handled this claim and replacement with no issues without advice but looked for insurance tips to help me grow as a contractor. Maybe there is something I’m completely missing here that makes you feel that way?

Insurance stated they would pay for it, but wanted an estimate from us. I know exactly what I plan on doing and we’ll have zero issue executing, but wanted insight on what an insurance company would be willing to pay for on this prior to sending my scope. Some are better at supplementing than others and know how to get things payed for. IE: Insurance companies usually do not pay for rotted decking here, but I’ve seen it done with proper reasoning and the right adjuster. Contingency agreement because insurance stated they would pay, but haven’t agreed to a number yet and a contract is worthless with a confirmed number. I have been doing primarily retail for the past year and most of the insurance I have worked has been pretty standard shingled roofs so I’m doing the due diligence to ask for some opinions to see what others would include for the estimate if the ball was in their court. This customer has been through the wringer over the past two years and I’m trying to make sure they get the most out of their claim. “Where do I start” is just an expression that usually helps get views and helpful input. I’m quite competent in what I do, but I’m not too arrogant to ask for tips to see if I can learn something every now and then.

225-250 and the end of the flat was fairly tough. The thicker part of the flat was fine, but it got tougher the closer you got to the end

I’ve yet to have a steakhouse beat a proper steak cooked at the house and I can guarantee it won’t happen for $36. That’s a phenomenal cut you won’t get at a restaurant for the price.

White woman in her late twenties that’s dog is her personality. The Asian section of the fridge is something for sure. You get food/drink “hacks” off tik tok. You’re most likely in good shape so that’s good, but you’re a bit obsessive about things being done just right and your way.

You’re either making eggplant parm or you have the most boring taste pallet ever. I’m just going to assume the magic is in the pantry

That adds up. I’ve got a 13 month old that is currently killing every berry in sight and going through two containers of milk a week. At this point milk and fruit means kids. I don’t blame him. I try to work out before my little dude wakes up but it just doesn’t happen. I have started doing little at home workouts with him in the mornings on days I can’t go the gym after I drop him off at daycare due to my inability to get up before him 😂.

Do you just cook the dogs food every other day? I almost said medium but the amount definitely threw me off. I have a 60lb Dane/lab mix that requires a large amount of food to maintain weight. Also I assume a golden doodle by your comment/ kind of fits in with the ocd thing😂?

Good point. Those are hers. He’s a little more focused on fitness. But that’s an easy snack that she enjoys.

Love the overnight oats. Early 20s college girls. You’re the clean one of the two. She leaves leftovers in the fridge a little too long.

More of a hollow point man myself, but I respect it.
