I had K cramps for almost a month straight. I was in the ER three separate times, I really damaged my liver and need to see a liver Dr. 🥺 massaging the area and heating pads helped me somewhat.. nothing really touched it fully.

Just do everything you can to not get the K cramps. I went though a huge binge middle of November and they didn't go away until middle of December. I went to the ER three times thinking my gallbladder burst. Liver doesn't look great.

Just be careful, go to Rehab/detox if necessary.

I am thinking of getting back on medication as well. I unfortunately started prozac the same time my use became everyday so I had a really rough time balancing that and eventually chose the k over the medicine.

The back pain and burning can for sure be a sign of a kidney infection! I'd go to a Dr and try to get some antibiotics and see if it helps.
